Holiday Shipping Notice
During peak holiday seasons, major shipping carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx experience a high volume of shipments. This may lead to occasional delivery delays. At Laser Hawk, we are working closely with our logistics partners to process and ship your laser engraving machine orders as swiftly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Shipping Policy
Products
- United States:
- Standard shipping: Orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days.
- UPS 2nd Day Air option available.
- Other Countries/Regions: Shipping within 1 – 3 business days.
Free Shipping
- US-Only: Fire Safety Sets and Refurbished Machines enjoy free shipping.
- Machines: Free shipping. Shipping costs for machines are calculated at the checkout page.
Shipping Fees for Accessories and Materials
- Accessories: If your order value is less than $59, the shipping fee is $10. For orders of $59 or more, shipping is free. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page.
- Materials: Similar to accessories, if the order value is less than $59, the shipping fee is $10. Orders of $59 or more get free shipping.
Please note that our products are not available in the following areas of the United States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Armed Forces Pacific, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Americas, and Virgin Islands.

All the shipping days mentioned are business days. In case of payment delays, the processing time will be extended. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and billed at checkout based on your shipping address. During promotion periods, the processing time for materials may be longer.
Expedited Service
If unforeseen circumstances require you to receive your order as quickly as possible, please email us at [email protected] to apply for expedited service. We will make arrangements to ship your order a few days earlier, depending on your specific situation. This service is free of charge.
Tariff
- All Other Countries: Laser Hawk covers all tariff fees. Our customers are not required to pay any additional tariff charges. If you are unexpectedly charged tariff fees by customs, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance or reimbursement.
- For countries where GST/VAT/HST and other similar fees apply, we collect these fees according to local policies. The details will be visible on your order. Once your order is completed, you won’t need to pay these fees to customs or local authorities. If you are charged these fees by customs or local authorities, please reach out to us at [email protected] for help or reimbursement.
Orders Tracking
- After successfully placing an order for our laser engraving machines, you will receive an Order Confirmation email that details your order information.
- Once your item is shipped, a Shipment Notification email will be sent to you. This email includes your order number, express delivery details, and a package tracking number. You can use this information to track the status of your order.
- Any updates regarding order modification, refund processing, or shipping changes will be communicated to you via email in real-time.
Note
- Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you need to modify your shipping address, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we will ship to the address provided in your order.
- In the event of force majeure causing damage to your products during transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] upon receiving your package. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
- Notification emails will be sent to the email address you provided in the contact information during checkout or the email address used to register your account. If the provided email address is invalid or no longer in use, Laser Hawk will not be held liable for any risks or losses resulting from this.
- If you change your mind about the order, please do not simply reject the package. Instead, contact us at [email protected] to explain the situation. We will handle the return in accordance with our return/refund policy. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package due to rejection.
- If you have not received your order within 7 days of the estimated delivery date shown on the official tracking system of the logistics company, please contact us at [email protected]. Otherwise, we will not be held accountable.
- If there is any damage to the package and/or the products inside, or if any items are missing, please contact us at [email protected] on the same day, providing pictures and/or videos as evidence.
